New shine for a old Veteran.

PRESIDENT - McCHORD AIR MUSEUM FOUNDATION

Thanks to the many professionals assigned to both the 62d AW & the 446th AW the museum’s “Ol’ Shakey” has that “off of the assembly line” look. As a result of the combined efforts of 39 skilled individuals, our C-124 was prepped, primed, and painted it’s original color scheme. A great big “Thank you” to the 62d Troop Carrier/Airlift Wing Association for their very generous contribution toward the purchase of the required paint. The Members of the McChord Air Museum Foundation would like to recognize the following committed individuals without whom this project would not have been completed:
